Pricing

Pricing in plain words.

Three prices for a seat, three bands for a root, and nothing for the family or the room. Everything is paid to one company for a service, and the receipt says so.

A seat

Pick what a day is worth to you. The seat is the same at every price.

A seat is for one person who knows the family, for twelve months. Paying is what makes a seat a seat: a promise to show up, with a date on it.

  • A seat, twelve months

    $1a day

    • Billed monthly$33 a month
    • Or once, for the twelve months$365, saves $31
  • A seat, twelve months

    $2.50a day

    • Billed monthly$75 a month
    • Or once, for the twelve months$912.50, paid once
  • A seat, twelve months

    $5a day

    • Billed monthly$150 a month
    • Or once, for the twelve months$1,825, paid once

Twelve months from the day your seat opens. Nothing renews by itself. Your bank statement shows TREE OF HOPE, not the family or the room.

Who never pays

The family pays nothing. Not now, not later.

  • $0

    The two people

The patient and the caregiver pay nothing, in any form. They are never counted among the seats.

  • $0

    Five held seats

Paid for by the underwriting and named by the connectors. The people in them pay nothing and are not told which seats are held.

  • $0

    The room

Nothing. The room does not pay and is not paid.

A root

One business, one year, paid in advance.

One payment, with a fixed part and a monthly part. The monthly part is counted from the month you pay to December of the root’s year. A root is for Tree credits in its own ZIP, not one Tree. Earlier is more, because earlier underwrites more of the year.

For a business

    • Each month, to December$350
    • A full year$6,700
    • Paid today, 12 months$6,700

The band belongs to the place, not to you, and we tell you yours in writing before you pay. Paid today, a band B root counts 12 months, January to December 2027. One business per category, per ZIP, per year. A root that joins in November or December has the rest of this year included, and its year is the next one.

Once a tree is given

Three promises, kept the same way for everyone.

  • No refunds

Once a tree is given to a family, there is no refund of a seat. The gift is the circle, and the circle is already there. If a tree does not open on its date, a seat is never charged. A root is different: The payment stands whether or not a Tree opens in the ZIP that year. An unused credit rolls on in that ZIP, for the next family.

  • The hardship pause

A seat can be paused from inside the tree at any time. Nobody asks why. On a monthly seat the next charge stops until you switch it back on. Your seat stays open while paused; your leaves stay on the tree.

  • Nothing renews by itself

A tree closes when its twelve months have run. A new tree in a new year is a new yes, from the family, the room, each seat and each root. We will tell you the date; we will not charge you for a year you did not choose.

The hands, and what is not for sale

Paid help by the hour. Never the family’s bill.

Paid local help, by the hour, for the hours the circle cannot cover. The tree pays for it out of what the seats and the roots paid. The family is never billed for a single hour.

  • The family’s detailsNot for sale, to anyone, at any price.
  • A seat for a strangerA seat is for someone who knows the family.
  • A root’s name insideA business is named on the outside of the tree, and nowhere else.
  • Money for the familyThere is no way to hand money to the family through us.

The honest line

Tree of Hope is a paid, private service from Tribe Giving LLC, a for-profit company. It is not a charity and is not affiliated with any hospital, foundation or charity. Money a business pays is never handed to the family; what the family receives is the year of people, and anything a business sends itself, like the flowers.

Two doors

A seat, or a root. Nothing else is for sale.

A seat comes by invitation, from someone who knows the family. A root is a local business, one per category.
